1. Ownership and Usage Rights

3. Appointment and Service Scheduling

Clients and users are asked to respect the appointments they have scheduled, as missed appointments and late arrivals result in a loss for clinicians and the clinic.

Notifying us of a cancellation in a timely manner not only allows the clinician to avoid unnecessary loss of time and costs but also, and more importantly, frees up that time slot so another patient can use that opening for their own consultation.

Scheduling:
Appointments can be made by any adult over the age of 18, either by phone or online. Correct and accurate information must be provided, including your full name, phone number, email, and user ID number.

Payment:

  • First appointment: payment must be made within 24 business hours of booking.

  • Subsequent appointments: payment must be made 24 business hours before the appointment.

If payment is not made, the appointment will be canceled automatically.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must provide at least 24 business hours notice;

  • Appointments can only be rescheduled or refunded if notice is given within this timeframe;

  • Appointments that are not canceled or for which notice is given outside the timeframe will be considered as completed, with no right to a refund.

Online Consultations:
Online consultations must take place under appropriate conditions of privacy and security, ensuring data confidentiality and protection.
If the appropriate conditions are not met, the clinic reserves the right not to conduct the consultation, and this will not imply an automatic refund or rescheduling.

4. Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided "as is." PSINC is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or services, nor does it guarantee that the information is complete or up-to-date.
