General psychiatry

Do you feel that something isn't right? Is your anxiety affecting your daily life, or do you simply not feel as well as you used to, but can't figure out why? A Psychiatry consultation can be the starting point.

We begin with a comprehensive clinical evaluation, including health and family history, seeking to understand the origin of your symptoms, treat discomfort, promote well-being, and alleviate suffering. While medication may be recommended, it is not an automatic step in every case.

Psychiatry consultation - Eating disorders

If you are experiencing difficulties or changes related to eating and self-image, a specialized evaluation is essential for personalized support and defining the most appropriate treatment.

In the Psychiatry Consultation focused on Eating Disorders, we also address associated symptoms, such as anxiety or depressive symptoms.

These consultations may include medication prescriptions, as well as coordination with other specialties such as Psychology, Nutrition, and Endocrinology.

Psychiatry consultation - Adult ADHD & Autism

If you suspect you may have ADHD or Autism, or if you have already received a diagnosis and would like to find new ways to enhance your well-being and quality of life, a specialized consultation can be an important step.

In this session, we will explore your experiences—such as attention, emotional regulation, and other symptoms influencing your life. From there, we will work together on a personalized plan. This may include medication, as well as the exploration and creation of strategies that highlight your strengths and facilitate your daily life across all contexts: professional, personal, social, and academic.

This consultation is indicated for:

Psychology consultation

My team includes clinical psychologists specialized in different areas of intervention. They conduct rigorous psychological evaluations, seeking to understand and help manage difficulties, thoughts, and behaviors.

The support is regular and personalized, promoting personal development while improving the client's emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
